Agricultural machinery, due to its unique shape and harsh working environment, relies heavily on hydraulic technology. Hydraulic technology offers advantages such as high power, strong drive, convenient installation and layout, easy operation and control, and convenient and comfortable maintenance. Therefore, hydraulic cylinders play a significant role in the operation of agricultural machinery.
Hydraulic transmission is a transmission method that uses liquid as the working medium to transfer energy and perform control. The tractor hydraulic system utilizes a hydraulic pump to convert the engine's mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the liquid. This energy is transferred through changes in liquid pressure, passing through various control valves and pipelines. With the aid of hydraulic actuators (cylinders or motors), the liquid pressure energy is converted back into mechanical energy, thereby driving the working mechanism to achieve linear reciprocating motion and rotary motion.
Pressure control makes tractor operation convenient and labor-saving. Whether it's the clutch, steering gear, brake, differential lock, gearbox, or various implements, they can all be operated with minimal effort using handles, buttons, switches, steering wheels, etc.
Hydraulic devices can achieve stepless speed regulation over a wide range (up to 2000 RPM), and speed can also be adjusted during operation. Tractors can only maximize their power, improve productivity, and reduce fuel consumption by implementing continuously variable transmissions (CVTs).
Hydraulic components offer high output power and are easy to install on tractors. Achieving linear motion is far simpler than using mechanical transmissions.
Hydraulic systems operate more smoothly and are easier to overload protected against.
Hydraulic technology allows for various feedback controls on the working parts of agricultural implements, resulting in better work quality.
