Advanced production equipment: cold drawing machine, honing machine, skiving & roller burnishing machine, straightening machine, polishing machine, heat treatment furnace, grinding machine, etc. We have professional technicians do regular scheduled maintenance on these machines to guarantee them work well.
High quality raw material: our raw material of SAE 4140 steel mainly from some famous steel mills.
Strict quality control: we have professional in-house QC to inspect all products. We will do Chemical Composition Test, Mechanical Property Test, Dimension Inspect, Roughness Test, Chrome Layer Test and other tests in need before delivery.
Safe packing: an-rust oil on tubes and rods before delivery. Plastic caps on both ends to protect tube inside surface. Then be packed with seaworthy package or in wooden case.
Packaging & Delivery
All sells honed tubes and chrome rods, usually shipped by sea. In this way, the shipping packaging of the honed tube and chrome rod should pay attention to rust, moisture and impact resistance.Before shipment, we use anti-rust oil with better salt spray resistance, or choose oil-free anti-rust packaging, such as anti-rust film and anti-rust paper.
The packaging of the chrome rod needs to avoid damage during transportation. Paper tubes and straw ropes are usually used for packaging to ensure the neatness of the piston rod and stored in the warehouse.
After all honed tube and piston rod products are packaged, they are packed into custom wooden boxes and transported to the freight port for loading into containers.
