DTH drill pipe is used to connect DTH hammer and DTH button bit; They are made of seamless tubes. The drill pipe plays an important role in all DTH hammer drilling, regardless of application, rock type, drilling depth or drilling rig.
According to different applications, drill pipes with different diameters are required. Basically, smaller DTH hammers require smaller DTH drill pipes, and vice versa. Generally, we provide 50mm, 60mm, 76mm, 89mm, etc.
All down the hole drill pipes are friction welded, and usually the threads are standard API connections, such as 23/8 "API REG threads, 3 1/2" API REG threads or API IF threads. According to customer requirements, 1000mm to 5000mm long drill pipes can be provided.
