Hollow Grouting Anchor Bar with Injection Pipe for Foundation Stabilization and Micropile Support .This Hollow Grouting Anchor Bar system is developed for precision ground stabilization in foundation and micropile applications. It combines a durable anchor bar with a high-efficiency grout injection pipe to ensure full-column bonding in weak or collapsing soils. With excellent tensile strength and grouting adaptability, the system meets the demands of both temporary and permanent support applications.
Material & Structure:
- Anchor Bar Type: Seamless hollow steel tube
- Injection Pipe: Smooth or ribbed inner pipe for controlled grout flow
- Threads: Standard R/T threads or customized options
- Coating: Epoxy or galvanized anti-corrosion finish
Hollow Anchor Bat Structure:
- Hollow bolt components: hollow bolt body, stopper, backing plate, nut and anchor head (drill bit)
- Models of hollow bolts: diameters are 25, 28, 30, 32, 50, etc., thicknesses are 3, 5, 6mm, etc.
- The length of the anchor rod can be customized according to customer needs.
