Stainless steel honing tubes are precision seamless stainless steel tubes processed by precision honing, featuring high dimensional accuracy, high surface finish and strong corrosion resistance. They are widely used in precision and anti-corrosion scenarios such as hydraulics, food, chemical industry and marine engineering.

1. Common Materials

Mainly austenitic stainless steel, balancing corrosion resistance, strength and processability:
304 (06Cr19Ni10): Composition: Cr 18%–20%, Ni 8%–11%; Features: Universal corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and high cost performance; Application: General hydraulics, food machinery, chemical industry, water treatment.
304L: Features: Low-carbon version, better resistance to intergranular corrosion during welding; Application: Welded structural parts, sanitary fluid pipelines.
316 (06Cr17Ni12Mo2): Composition: Mo 2%–3%; Features: Stronger resistance to chloride ions, acids and alkalis, suitable for seawater and salt spray; Application: Marine engineering, high-end hydraulics, chemical industry, medical treatment.
316L: Features: Low carbon + high molybdenum, optimal welding and corrosion resistance; Application: Medicine, food, high-corrosion working conditions.
