Product Features
The common materials of hydraulic cylinder barrel are SAE1020, 1035, 1045, ST52.3 seamless honed tubes, the steel tube is honed or rolled to meet the roughness requirement within 0.4μm. The low-pressure oil cylinder can use 1020 steel pipe, and the high-pressure oil cylinder can use 1045 steel pipe.
The cylinder has high processing requirements, and its inner surface roughness is required to be Ra0.4 ~ 0.8um, and the requirements for coaxiality and wear resistance are strict. Generally, it is processed and produced by the principle of honing or rolling.
